Grievance Redressal

At Jaipur National University RAK Campus, we are committed to fostering a fair, transparent, and supportive environment for our students, faculty, and staff members. To ensure that any concerns or complaints are addressed promptly and professionally, the University has established a structured Grievance Redressal Committee. This committee provides a confidential and impartial platform for individuals to raise issues related to academic, administrative, or personal matters.

The Grievance Redressal Committee is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and resolving all grievances in a timely manner. It ensures that each concern is handled with fairness, sensitivity, and due process. Both student and faculty complaints are addressed through the appropriate committees and resolved following institutional policy and best practices. Regular meetings are conducted, and records of grievances received and resolved are maintained for transparency and accountability.

Students and staff members may raise their concerns by emailing

support@jaipurnationaluniversity.ae.

External Feedback and Monitoring

In addition to the University’s internal mechanism, students and staff members can also share their feedback or report unresolved concerns directly to RAKDOK, the governing authority monitoring higher-education institutions in Ras Al Khaimah.
