Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join Jaipur National University's Ras Al Khaimah Campus. This role is pivotal in guiding and supporting students in their academic journey, ensuring a smooth transition into university life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized guidance on courses, universities, and career paths.
- Assist in the admission and application process for various programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions to understand student aspirations and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Promote the university’s programs through outreach activities and events.
- Call and follow up rigorously on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Generate organic leads through networking and digital engagement.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational programs and career counseling techniques.
- Prior experience in counseling or admissions (preferred).
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping students succeed.
